General Terms and Conditions – Children's Playground
Kids Fun Park is a leisure center offering games and birthday party venues. The three parks located in Etoy, Martigny, and Sion are subject to the general terms and conditions of this contract. By visiting our website and using our services, you fully accept these terms.
1. Use of Electronic Communication Methods
Users of the Children's Joyland website must be familiar with electronic communication methods and aware of the data security risks associated with using these methods. They agree to use these methods in ways permitted by law.
2. Purchase airline tickets
By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees to comply with all safety, access, and other regulations related to visiting the park. Tickets can only be purchased on the official Children's Joyland website. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in refusal of entry without compensation. Other regulations will be published on the website.
3. Ticket personalization and identification
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. Tickets must be kept in good condition and protected from damage. Tickets may not be altered or duplicated. Identification must be presented at the park entrance. Children's Joy Park may verify ticket validity through electronic means such as barcode scanning.
6. Copyright Protection
The content of the Children's Joy Park website is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized commercial use of the website content is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Children's Joy Park assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or property damage resulting from visiting the park. The following restrictions apply:
– Children's Joyland does not guarantee the accuracy of the information on its website.
– Children's Joyland shall not be liable for any damages caused by telecommunications errors, technical issues, or illegal manipulation of computer systems.
– Except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct, Children's Joyland shall not be liable for any damages caused by the services or information provided on its website.
– Children's Joyland shall also not be liable for any losses caused by links to other websites.
8. Cancellation fee:
No cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is canceled within 24 hours after both parties confirm the booking. A cancellation fee of CHF 50 will be charged for cancellations made within 21 days prior to the event. Cancellations made after that will be charged as follows: 21–15 days prior to the event: 50% of the total amount; 14–8 days prior to the event: 75% of the total amount.7–2 days before the event: 85% of the total amount; less than 48 hours before the event: 100% of the total amount.

9. Applicable Law
This contract is governed by the laws of the country where Kids Fun Park is located. Jurisdiction shall be determined based on the domicile of Kids Fun Park.
Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection
Children's Joy Park is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of personal information. The processing of customer personal data complies with the provisions of the European GDPR Regulation and the French Data Protection Act. Data is stored for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in any case for no longer than three (3) years.
