General Terms and Conditions – Kids Fun Park

Kids Fun Park, a leisure center offering games and areas for organizing birthday parties, applies these General Terms and Conditions to its three parks in Etoy, Martigny, and Sion. By visiting our website and using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Use of electronic means of communication

Users of the Kids Fun Park website must be familiar with electronic means of communication and aware of the risks associated with their use in terms of data security. They undertake to use these means in a legally acceptable manner.

2. Purchase of a flight ticket

By purchasing a ticket, the buyer accepts the safety regulations, access rules, and additional regulations for visiting the park. Tickets can only be purchased on the official Kids Fun Park website. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in access to the park being denied without compensation. The additional regulations are published on the website.

3. Personalization of the ticket and identification

Tickets are personal and non-transferable. They must be protected from damage. It is not permitted to alter or copy tickets. Identification must be presented at the park entrance. Kids Fun Park may verify the validity of a ticket using electronic means, such as a barcode.

6. Protection of copyrights

The content of the Kids Fun Park website is protected by copyright. Any commercial use of the content without permission is prohibited.

7. Limitations of Liability

Kids Fun Park accepts no liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from a visit to the park. The following restrictions apply:

– Kids Fun Park does not guarantee the accuracy of the information on the website.
– Kids Fun Park is not liable for damages resulting from telecommunications errors, technical problems, or illegal manipulation of computer systems.
– Kids Fun Park is not liable for damages resulting from the services or information offered on its website, unless gross negligence or intent is involved.
– Liability for damages arising from links to other websites is also excluded.

8. Cancellation fees:

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours after mutual confirmation of the booking.
For cancellations up to 21 days before the event, a fee of CHF 50 is payable.
For later cancellations, the following conditions apply:
21–15 days before the event: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
14-8 days prior to the event: 75% of the total amount will be charged.
7-2 days prior to the event: 85% of the total amount will be charged.
Less than 48 hours prior to the event: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

9. Applicable law

This contract is governed by the laws of the country in which Kids Fun Park operates. The place of jurisdiction is determined by the registered office of Kids Fun Park.

Privacy policy and protection of personal data

Kids Fun Park is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of personal information. Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with the European GDPR Regulation and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés). Data is not stored for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, but in any case for a maximum of three (3) years.

Customers may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability by contacting Kids Fun Park at the following address: [contact@kidsfunpark.ch](mailto:contact@kidsfunpark.ch). Customers may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Kids Fun Park will not disclose personal data to third parties without consent. Only data that is necessary for the execution of business processes will be stored and may be disclosed to business partners.
