General Terms and Conditions – Children's Amusement Park
Kids Fun Park, an entertainment center offering play and birthday party areas, applies these General Terms and Conditions at its three parks located in Etoy, Martigny, and Sion. By visiting our website and using our services, you agree to all of these terms.
1. Use of electronic communication tools
Users of the Kids Fun Park website should be familiar with electronic communication tools and aware of the data security risks associated with their use. They agree to use these tools in a legally acceptable manner.
2. Ticket Purchase
By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser accepts the terms and conditions regarding safety, access, and additional regulations related to visiting the park. Tickets can only be purchased from the official Kids Fun Park website. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in refusal of entry to the park without compensation. Additional regulations will be published on the website.
3. Ticket personalization and identification
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. They must be protected from damage. Tickets cannot be exchanged or copied. An ID must be presented at the park entrance. Kids Fun Park may check the validity of a ticket electronically, such as by scanning the barcode.
6. Protection of Copyrights
The content of the Kids Fun Park website is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized commercial use of the content is prohibited.
7. Limitations of liability
Kids Fun Park excludes all liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from a visit to the park. The following limitations apply:
– Kids Fun Park does not guarantee the accuracy of the information on its website.
– Kids Fun Park is not responsible for any damage resulting from telecommunications errors, technical problems, or illegal manipulation of computer systems.
– Kids Fun Park is not liable for any damage arising from the services or information provided on the website, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misuse.
– No liability is accepted for damage arising from links to other websites.
8. Cancellation fees:
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours after mutual confirmation of the reservation. A fee of CHF 50 will be charged for cancellations made up to 21 days before the event. The following conditions apply to cancellations made after this date: 21–15 days before the event: 50% of the total amount will be charged. 14-8
Days before the event: 75% of the total amount will be charged. 7-2 days before the event: 85% of the total amount will be charged. Less than 48 hours before the event: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
9. Applicable law
This agreement is subject to the laws of the country in which Kids Fun Park operates. The competent court will be determined based on Kids Fun Park's place of residence.
Privacy Policy and Protection of Personal Data
Kids Fun Park undertakes to protect the privacy and security of personal information. Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with the European GDPR Regulation and the French Data Protection Act. Data is stored for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and in any case for a period of three (3) years.
