General Terms and Conditions – Kids Fun Park

Kids Fun Park, a recreation center offering games and an area for organizing children's parties, complies with these General Terms and Conditions in its three parks located in Etoy, Martigny, and Sion. By visiting our website and using our services, you fully accept these terms and conditions.

1. Use of Electronic Communication Devices

Users of the Kids Fun Park website must be familiar with electronic communication methods and take responsibility for the safety of data related to their use. By using this website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Buy a ticket

When purchasing a ticket, please read the terms and conditions regarding safety, access, and rules related to visiting the park. Tickets can only be purchased at the official Kids Fun Park website. Failure to comply with these rules may result in denial of access to the park without compensation. The rules will be published on the website.

3. Personalization of Tickets and Identification

Tickets are personal and non-transferable. They must be protected from damage. Modification or copying of tickets is prohibited. An identification document must be presented at the park entrance. Kids Fun Park may verify the validity of a ticket using electronic means, such as a barcode.

6. Protection of the right to authority

The Kids Fun Park website is protected by copyright law. Any unauthorized commercial use of the content is prohibited.

7. Kufizimet e përgjegjësisë

Kids Fun Park accepts all liability for personal injury or damage to property resulting from a visit to the park. The following restrictions apply:

– Kids Fun Park does not guarantee the accuracy of the information on its website.
– Kids Fun Park is not responsible for damages resulting from telecommunications failures, technical problems, or malicious manipulation of computer systems.
– Kids Fun Park is not responsible for complaints arising from the services or information provided on its website, with the exception of cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
– It is also responsible for any damage caused by links to other websites.

8. Unlimited rates:

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of confirming the reservation.
A fee of CHF 50 must be paid 21 days prior to the event.
In the event of a late cancellation, the following conditions apply:
21–15 days prior to the event: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
14-8 days prior to the event: 75% of the total amount will be charged.
7-2 days prior to the event: 85% of the total amount will be charged.
Less than 48 hours prior to the event: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

9. Law in power

This contract is governed by the laws of the country in which Kids Fun Park operates. Jurisdiction will be based on the location of Kids Fun Park.

Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

Kids Fun Park is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your personal information. We process our customers' personal data in accordance with the European GDPR regulations and the Data Protection Act. Data is stored for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and in any case for a maximum of three (3) years.

Kids Fun Park does not transfer personal data without permission. Only data necessary to carry out business processes will be stored and may be transferred to business partners.
