General provisions of the Agreement – Children's amusement park

Kids Fun Park, a leisure center offering games and spaces for organizing birthday parties, applies these General Terms and Conditions to its three parks located in Etoile, Martigny, and Sion. By visiting our website and using our services, you accept these terms and conditions in their entirety.

1. Use of electronic means of communication

Users of the Kids Fun Park website must be familiar with electronic means of communication and aware of the risks to data security associated with their use. They undertake to use these means in a legally acceptable manner.

2. Buying tickets

By purchasing a ticket, the buyer accepts the safety regulations, access rules, and additional rules relating to visiting the park. Tickets can only be purchased on the official Kids Fun Park website. Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the park without refund. Additional rules will be published on the website.

3. Personalization of access and identification

Tickets are personal and non-transferable. They must be protected from damage. It is forbidden to change or copy tickets. An identification document must be presented at the park entrance. Kids Fun Park may verify the validity of tickets using electronic means, such as barcodes.

6. Copyright protection

The content of the Kids Fun Park website is protected by copyright law. Any commercial use of the content without authorization is prohibited.

7. Limitations of liability

Kids Fun Park excludes all liability for personal injury or property damage incurred during visits to the park. The following restrictions apply:

– Kids Fun Park does not guarantee the accuracy of the information on its website.
– Kids Fun Park is not liable for damage caused by telecommunications errors, technical problems, or illegal manipulation of computer systems.
– Kids Fun Park is not liable for damage resulting from the services or information provided on its website, except in cases of gross negligence or fraud.
– Liability for damage caused by links to other websites is also excluded.

8. Penalty for refusal:

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours after confirmation of the reservation.
CHF 50 for cancellations up to 21 days before the event.
In case of late cancellation, the following conditions apply:
21–15 days before the event: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
14-8 days before the event: 75% of the total amount will be charged.
7-2 days before the event: 85% of the total amount will be charged.
Less than 48 hours before the event: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

9. Mjerodavno law

This agreement is subject to the laws of the country in which Kids Fun Park operates. Jurisdiction will be determined based on the location of Kids Fun Park.

Privacy and personal data protection policy

Kids Fun Park is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal data. Customer personal data is processed in accordance with the European GDPR regulation and the Data Protection Act. Data is stored for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or in any case for three (3) years.

Customers may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction of processing, and portability by contacting Kids Fun Park at the following address: [contact@kidsfunpark.ch] (mailto:contact@kidsfunpark.ch). Customers may also contact the CNIL.

Kids Fun Park will not transfer personal data to third parties without consent. Only data necessary for the execution of business processes that may be transferred to business partners will be retained.
