General Terms and Conditions of Contract – Kids Fun Park
Kids Fun Park, a leisure center offering play areas and birthday parties, applies these General Terms and Conditions to its three parks located in Etoy, Martigny, and Sion. By visiting our website and using our services, you fully accept these provisions.
1. Use of electronic means of communication
Users of the Kids Fun Park website should be familiar with electronic media and aware of the data security risks associated with its use. You agree to use these media in a legally acceptable manner.
2. Buy a ticket
By purchasing a ticket, the buyer accepts the provisions relating to safety, access, and additional regulations related to visiting the park. Tickets can only be purchased on the official Kids Fun Park website. Failure to comply with these rules may result in refusal of access to the park without the right to compensation. Additional regulations will be published on the website.
3. Personalization and identification of tickets
Tickets are personal and non-transferable. They must be protected from damage. Tickets cannot be altered or copied. You must present identification at the park entrance. Kids Fun Park may verify the validity of a ticket by electronic means, such as a barcode.
6. Copyright protection
The content of the Kids Fun Park website is protected by copyright law. Any unauthorized commercial use of the content is prohibited.
7. Limitations of liability
O Kids Fun Park excludes any liability for personal injury or property damage resulting from a visit to the park. The following limitations apply:
– Kids Fun Park does not guarantee the accuracy of the information contained on the website.
– Kids Fun Park is not liable for any damages resulting from telecommunications errors, technical problems, or illegal manipulation of computer systems.
– Kids Fun Park is not liable for any damages arising from the services or information offered on its website, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
– Liability for damages caused by links to other websites is also excluded.
8. Cancellation fees:
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours after mutual confirmation of the reservation. For cancellations made up to 21 days before the event, a fee of CHF 50 will be charged. For cancellations made after this date, the following conditions apply: 21 to 15 days before the event: 50% of the total amount will be charged. 14 to 8 days before the event: 75% of the total amount will be charged.
s before the event: 75% of the total amount will be charged. 7-2 days before the event: 85% of the total amount will be charged. Less than 48 hours before the event: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
9. Applicable law
This contract is subject to the laws of the country where Kids Fun Park operates. The competent jurisdiction will be determined according to the domicile of Kids Fun Park.
Privacy and personal data protection policy
O Kids Fun Park is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of personal information. Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with the European GDPR Regulation and the French Data Protection Act. Data is only kept for the period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and, in any case, for three (3) years.
